Saxton Blades offers 185mm circular saw blades built to fit Evolution saws and any other 185mm machine running a 20mm arbor. Our 185mm Evolution Compatible Collection spans tooth counts from 4T to 80T across flat top grind, ATB, triple chip, negative rake, and PCD designs, every blade supplied with a 20mm bore and a 16mm reduction ring.
185mm Evolution Compatible Saw Blades
185mm is the standard diameter for handheld circular saws, and a 20mm bore with a 16mm reduction ring covers Evolution’s own machines alongside 185mm saws from DeWalt, Bosch, Makita, and Ryobi. The same blades also suit 184mm saws.
What separates this range is grind, not just tooth count. Flat top grind (FTG) teeth chisel straight through the cut for fast ripping. Alternate top bevel (ATB) teeth score the fibres ahead of the chip for a clean face. Triple chip grind (TCG) alternates a chamfered tooth with a flat one to share the load, which is what lets the multi-purpose blades handle plastics, composite decking, and non-ferrous metals as well as timber.

TCT Circular Blade 185mm x 40T x 20mm Bore (16mm ring): The general-purpose blade. ATB teeth, quick through structural work, clean enough for most jobs. 2.4mm kerf.
TCT Circular Blade 185mm x 60T x 20mm Bore (16mm ring): A step up in finish over the 40T without giving up much speed. 2.4mm kerf.
